We are a team of 8, a mix of architects and interior designers. We were the winners of the international property awards for the best residential property in the United Kingdom 2020 -2021. From our studios in Devon, we are working on diverse range of projects from carbon negative homes to listed building refurbishments.
Skills Required
1. Experience of working on residential projects, new build and listed buildings
2. Proficient in AutoCAD LT
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
4. Knowledge of Adobe programs Indesign and Photoshop
5. Technical detailing skills in working with new, existing and listed buildings.
6. Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
7. The ability to take responsibility, meet project deadlines, to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
8. Proficient in the submission of planning and listed building applications
9. Proficient in the preparation of design and access statements
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for a professional environment
11. Helpful and positive, willing to get involved in a wide variety of tasks and projects
12. Strong attention to detail
13. Professional and presentable
14. Confident driver with own car
