Security Data Loss Prevention Manager Role Summary

The ideal candidate for this position will have 3-5 years of experience in DLP and Cloud Solutions, as well as 3-5 years of management or team leadership experience. They should also possess expertise in vendor management and technical knowledge of DLP technologies, including Microsoft Purview and Proofpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight and management of the organization's data loss prevention strategies and technologies
* Executive reporting, building out reports, gathering statistics, and future budgeting
* Leadership and communication of technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Vendor management, including calls, holding vendors accountable, and managing roadmaps to avoid being vendor reactive
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* In-depth knowledge of DLP technologies, including Microsoft Purview and Proofpoint
* Policy development and compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
* Demonstratable experience in enterprise vendor management and executive-level reporting
* Able to operate a DLP program at a large enterprise scale for a global organization
