Role Overview
We’re looking for a Community Manager to build Merge’s treasury community from the ground up – a destination for CFOs, Treasurers, and finance leaders to learn how AI-powered tokenisation and stablecoin infrastructure are transforming cross-border payments, liquidity management, and settlement.
You’ll own the strategy and day-to-day execution: launching social channels, creating content that cuts through, hosting events, and turning engaged community members into pipeline. This is equal parts educator and builder – you’ll make complex topics accessible while growing an audience of senior finance decision-makers who see Merge as the knowledge hub in this space.
What You’ll Own
Community Strategy & Positioning
* Build and execute a community strategy centred on cross-border payments, AI tokenisation, treasury workflows, and stablecoin settlement
* Position Merge as the go-to knowledge hub for CFOs, Treasurers, and finance leaders navigating the shift from traditional rails to tokenised infrastructure
* Develop messaging around liquidity management, FX optimisation, real-time settlement, and how AI tokenisation unlocks new treasury efficiencies
