Lloyd Colne is looking for a Business development Manager. Your role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join Lloyd Motor Group based in Lloyd BMW/MINI Colne. Salary: Basic salary with OTE £55,000 Hours: 08:30 – 18:00 Monday - Friday and every other Saturday Role responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop and deliver a strategic business plan to drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Research and analyse competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge. Develop digital sales channels and promote brand and product awareness across all customer segments. Monitor sales performance, produce forecasts and report, and communicate KPIs to management. Train and support the Sales team in customer service and sales best practices. Conduct regular customer visits to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Attend industry events to build partnerships and stay up to date with trends and innovations. Share successful strategies and insights with other dealerships within the group. Your profile The ideal Business Development Manager will hold the following skills and experiences: Current understand of the BEV market and taxation benefits.
