Job Description
* Handle administrative and accounting matters for clients
* Perform data entry and maintain proper documentation and filing
* Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and basic accounting records
* Coordinate with clients and internal teams on operational matters
* Maintain and update records, reports, and supporting documents
* Assist in general office administrative duties
* Ensure documents are properly organized and submitted on time
Requirements
* Fresh graduate with Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
* Basic knowledge of accounting and administrative work
* Able to work independently and responsibly
* Good organizational and communication skills
* Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word
