Responsibilities:
* Organising shifts and rotas.
* Lead by example.
* Work with drink suppliers.
* Wine knowledge.
* Recruiting and training staff.
* Work closely with the Head chef and kitchen team.
* Able to work evenings and weekends.
For this role you must have a passion for excellent customer service, this is a hands on role where you will not only be managing but serving as well.
