The Role
* Providing outstanding leadership for care staff
* Supporting residents with a range of complex needs and dependency levels
* Providing clinical nursing to residents including medication management, infection prevention and control procedures, e.g., wound care, catheter management
* Continuously striving towards ensuring clinical excellence within the home
* Developing tailored care plans to deliver excellence across everything you do

About You
* An NMC Registered Nurse
* Understanding clinical assessment tools like Waterlow and MUST
* Experience in writing comprehensive care plans
