Maintenance Electrician
Location: Cardiff | Salary: £42,500 (includes shift allowance) | Shifts: 4 on 4 off – Days & Nights
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Electrician to join our team, working on a high-profile site in Cardiff. This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll be keeping systems running smoothly, reacting quickly to breakdowns, and ensuring our clients get first-class service every time.
What you’ll do:
* Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance across a range of systems and equipment
* Respond quickly to reactive and emergency tasks
* Supervise subcontractors on site and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
* Use handheld technology to record work accurately and on time
* Build strong, positive relationships with clients and colleagues
What you’ll need:
* 18th Edition and NVQ Level 3 (Electrical) or completed electrical apprenticeship
* At least 3 years’ experience in Facilities Maintenance (5+ in a similar role)
* Strong diagnostic, repair, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and a customer-focused approach

* £42,500 which rises to £46,500 after successful probabtion period
