Supply Chain Manager – Retail Display / Manufacturing Central London, hybrid Are you a commercially astute Supply Chain Manager with a passion for driving efficiency and quality in global production? We’re looking for an experienced professional to lead the development and optimisation of a global supply chain for turnkey retail display equipment and components across metalwork, joinery, plastics, and print. This is a key leadership role where you’ll shape sourcing strategy, build supplier partnerships, and ensure that materials and finished goods are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. What You’ll Be Doing * Strategic Supplier Development – Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for complete retail display solutions and individual components. * Supply Chain Optimisation – Work with estimating and project teams to develop sourcing strategies that reduce cost, improve quality, and ensure continuity. * Cost Management & Negotiation – Lead commercial negotiations, analyse cost structures, and secure competitive pricing and terms. * Quality & Compliance – Partner with QA teams to ensure suppliers meet specifications, sustainability standards, and compliance requirements. * Cross-Functional Collaboration – Align sourcing strategies with design, engineering, and operations teams to support new product development and delivery. * Market Intelligence & Risk Management – Track material and manufacturing trends, manage risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure supply continuity. What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in strategic sourcing or procurement within retail display, furniture, or fixtures. * Strong understanding of metalwork, joinery, plastics, and print manufacturing processes. * Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and supplier relationship management skills. * Confident managing international supplier networks across multiple regions. * Proficient in ERP systems and sourcing tools. * Willingness to travel internationally.
