Responsibilities
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues to keep equipment operating at peak efficiency.
* Conduct preventative maintenance check‑ups that keep the fleet running smoothly.
* Travel to various customer locations to service Linde forklifts and other state‑of‑the‑art material‑handling equipment.
* Forge strong relationships with customers and deliver exceptional support.
* Tackle challenges head‑on and become an integral part of our customers’ operations.
Qualifications
* Experience as a vehicle technician or mechanical engineer, especially forklift technician, plant fitter, plant technician, or vehicle technician.
* Experience with plant equipment, powered access equipment, agricultural machinery, motor vehicles, or industrial cleaners (highly desirable).
* Ideally holding an NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) qualification, although not essential.
* Comfortable using IT equipment for recording and order placement.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Comfortable working autonomously and within a team.
