The role of Sales Administrator involves taking customer orders via phone and email whilst providing high levels of customer service. You will answer website inquiries and liaise with suppliers to ensure customers are receiving products promptly and with the correct information. The right person for this role will have some demonstrable experience of supporting a sales process within an office environment. You will have demonstrable customer service skills and be comfortable using CRM and MS Excel. The package for this role is a salary of £25-£26K depending on experience with Monday-Friday working hours.
