Compliance and Services Manager - Shopping Centre Environment
The role of the Compliance and Services Manager is to lead on the customer's values and the overall asset’s compliance. The successful candidate will enhance and maintain safety proactively and responsibly, aiming for a 100% compliance rating. You will work collaboratively with staff, tenants, contractors, and stakeholders at the scheme, developing and managing processes and procedures to protect persons and property. This is an active role requiring excellent communication and management skills.

* Position: Compliance and Services Manager
* Location: London (W1K)
* Pay Rate: £47,000 per annum
* Hours: 45 hours per week
* Shifts: Monday to Friday - Days
Job Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role within a Shopping Centre or Commercial Estate
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to accept and act on feedback
* Confident communication with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management
* Responsibility-taking and collaborative working skills
* Quick learner with problem-solving skills
* High confidence, drive, and energy
* Flexible and enthusiastic attitude
* Resilient and adaptable, capable of managing high activity volume
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent IT skills
Essential Knowledge:
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
* IOSH qualification
* Flexibility to changing business requirements
Job Role:
* Manage daily facilities requests and queries, deputize for the Centre Manager
* Oversee safety and risk management procedures, including permits, risk assessments, business continuity, and incident management
* Ensure safety and environmental standards are maintained
* Conduct audits and ensure compliance via property management platforms
* Respond to emergencies and urgent issues
* Oversee staff training, inductions, and training needs analysis
* Coordinate with service departments, conduct quality assurance audits
* Administer property management tasks, site walks, and surveys
* Present during scheduled meetings, lead on site H&S and operational meetings
* Supervise contractors and coordinate building services
* Draft operational procedures, support management, and oversee data entry and reporting
* Ensure site defects are followed up, attend transportation meetings, and update safety systems
* Maintain risk assessments, permits, business continuity plans, and occupier contact details
