Role and requirements
* Role: Wills & Probate Practitioner/Solicitor based in the Potters Bar office
* Experience: 8+ years PQE (minimum 8 years’ experience) with the ability to work unsupervised and manage a busy caseload
* Essential Knowledge and Experience:
o Wills
o Probate and Estate Administration
o LPA’s
o Court of Protection Deputyship and related matters
o Trusts and Tax planning
* Desirable Skills:
o Keen to support ongoing development and expansion of the department
o Contested Probate including Inheritance Act Claims and Will disputes (preferred)
* Requirements:
o Full clean driving licence
o A willingness to attend other offices to take instructions to assist in the expansion of the department and be interested in business development
