Qualifications
* Experience of teaching specifically BTEC Level 2 and Level 3 - Essential
* A degree in a relevant subject area
* A teaching qualification
* Knowledge of Pearson Exams - desirable
* Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
* A reflective and professional approach, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role
* A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and supporting the diverse needs of learners
