Interim Inclusion Lead/SENCO Required ASAP (Epsom)

Start- ASAP (until July 2026)

Location- Epsom, Surrey

Pay- Negotiable

Role Overview:

Teaching Personnel are working with a primary school in Epsom is seeking a passionate SENCO to champion our vision of enabling every child to thrive. As SENCO, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving inclusive practice, supporting staff, and ensuring children with

About the Role:
- Lead the strategic development and day-to-day management of SEND provision.
- Ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice, Equality Act 2010, and safeguarding requirements.
- Coordinate EHCP processes, interventions, and support for pupils with SEND, LAC, and EAL.
- Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to secure excellent outcomes.
- A supportive and inclusive school environment.

- Demonstrate Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and best practice.
-Display excellent communication and leadership skills.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
-Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
