Role Overview:
Teaching Personnel are working with a primary school in Epsom is seeking a passionate SENCO to champion our vision of enabling every child to thrive. About the Role:
- Lead the strategic development and day-to-day management of SEND provision.
- Ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice, Equality Act 2010, and safeguarding requirements.
- Coordinate EHCP processes, interventions, and support for pupils with SEND, LAC, and EAL.
- Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to secure excellent outcomes.
- A supportive and inclusive school environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
