Job Description
The Locum Employment Solicitor will:
* Manage a diverse caseload of employment matters affecting senior executives, managers, consultants, and professionals.
* Provide strategic legal advice on issues such as settlement agreements, restrictive covenants, unfair dismissal, redundancy, and discrimination.
* Draft and review employment contracts, service agreements, and consultancy agreements.
* Represent clients in employment tribunals and court proceedings as necessary.
* Collaborate with a team of experienced solicitors to deliver high-quality legal services.
The Successful Applicant
The Locum Employment Solicitor should be:
* A Solicitor with substantial experience in employment law, particularly in handling senior executive cases.
* Proven track record of managing complex employment disputes and providing strategic legal advice.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Immediate availability for a 3+ month assignment.
