What We Are Looking For
* Graduated with at least a 2:2 in a Master’s degree (Electrical or Civil Engineering)
* Flexible approach and appetite to learn in a leading Engineering consultancy
* Interested in the Energy Transition, renewable power and low‑carbon solutions
* Passion for consulting, structural engineering and design
* Enthusiastic about creativity, problem solving and stakeholder collaboration
* Available to start in April or September 2026
Role and Team
You will work as a Graduate in Energy Transition, delivering projects across the UK and overseas. The team delivers multi‑disciplinary services covering:
* Low‑carbon engineering (MEng Electrical Engineering)
* Renewable power – onshore renewables (MEng Electrical or Civil Engineering)
Projects
* Green hydrogen generation plant design (PEM based)
* New CCGT plant design and installation worldwide
* Upgrades/modifications to existing gas networks
* Pipeline routing studies for large distribution networks
* Design of onshore wind turbine foundations
* Design and review of new solar PV and battery storage projects in the UK and overseas
Graduate Development Programme
The two‑year programme supports personal and professional growth through blended learning, core business and professional skills training, career workshops, networking, mentoring and support for professional registration.
