The Role:
* Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to infant-aged children (Reception to Year 2)
* Plan and implement personalised learning strategies for children with SEN
* Work collaboratively with our SENCo and support staff to create an inclusive classroom environment
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
* Engage with parents and carers to support children’s development
We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Primary Teacher with experience teaching infants
* Proven experience and knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions
* A caring, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Commitment to ongoing professional development
