Deputy Manager – Care Home (Dementia Services)

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join a well-established care home specialising in dementia care. This is a key leadership role focused on ensuring high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining strong operational and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support daily operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
* Lead and manage care teams to deliver high-quality care
* Oversee staff planning, rotas, and performance management
* Ensure effective care planning and safeguarding processes
* Drive continuous improvement and quality assurance
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role within a care home (dementia care preferred)
* Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and safeguarding
* Leadership and team management experience
* Qualification in Health & Social Care (Level 3 or above)
