We’re looking for empathetic, resilient teachers who want a fresh, flexible approach to education. This role involves delivering personalised 1:1 learning to pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) and significant barriers to engagement.
The Role

Provide tailored teaching in pupils’ homes or alternative provisions

Up to 6 hours per day (part‑time options available)
*
Work with a range of learners, adapting your style to their needs, interests and capabilities
*
Build trust, encourage engagement and support emotional as well as academic progress
What You’ll Bring

Teaching qualification or strong tutoring experience

High levels of empathy, patience and adaptability

Confidence working independently and travelling to sessions

A passion for helping pupils who need a different route back into learning
