Job Title: Principal Medical Writer (PMW) – Medical & Commercial Projects

About the Role:
We are seeking Principal Medical Writers (PMW) to join a fully integrated healthcare communications team. You’ll work across medical affairs and commercial projects, developing strategic, high-quality content for a broad range of therapy areas and clients, including both established pharma brands and emerging biotech partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop medical content across multiple deliverables
• Ensure scientific accuracy while maintaining clear and engaging messaging
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account, creative, and strategy
• Work directly with clients on project delivery
Minimum Requirements:
• Medical communications / healthcare agency background (essential)
• Proven experience in medical writing / strategic medical content development
• Confident in client-facing situations
• Strong understanding of medical and commercial healthcare communications
