Our client, a respected law firm in the Havant area, is seeking a Conveyancing legal secretary to join their well established and reputable team.
Your day to day will be varied, and each day will be different based on the demands of the caseload. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Assist solicitors with all aspects of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion.
* Draft documents related to property transactions.
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other third parties when need be.
* Maintain accurate and organised client files, both physical and electronic.
* Manage and respond to client enquiries promptly and efficiently.
Our client is keen to find a candidate who is able to hit the ground running relatively quickly after joining, therefore the following skills/ experience points are ideal:
* Experience working in a conveyancing department.
* Understanding of the conveyancing process.
* Organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
