What You'll Do:
Every day's different-but every day matters.
Support people in building life skills and independence
Help at home and out in the community
Create meaningful connections through conversation and care
Assist with everyday tasks-meals, appointments, routines
Keep care plans up to date
Be a consistent, trusted presence in someone's life
What You Bring:
Experience supporting people with challenging behaviour
Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
Patience, empathy, and a steady approach under pressure
A team-first mindset and the confidence to take initiative
