Key Responsibilities:
Deliver nursing care to patients based on individual care plans.
Administer medications safely; manage patient assessments and observations.
Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement activities.
Provide safe patient care under pressure; prioritize work and manage unpredictable demands.
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team (doctors, other nurses).
Keep accurate documentation of patient care.
Be registered with the NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council) and maintain professional standards.
Possibly mentor or support junior staff (depending on experience).
Requirements: Valid NMC PIN (Registered Nurse - Adult).
Minimum 6 months of UK nursing experience.
Right to work in the UK.
Up-to-date Mandatory Training and DBS.
Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical decision-making skills.
Person / Professional Skills:
Good time management, strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Calm under pressure, flexible, and able to work in a team.
Commitment to clinical governance and patient safety.
