Overview
The Cleaning Supervisor role is based at HM Naval Base Portsmouth, PO1 4QT, and reports to Sodexo. You will oversee cleaning services to create a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for personnel on site, contributing to their quality of life.
Details:
* 40 hours per week
* Monday to Friday 06:00 - 15:00. However, you may be required to work hours outside of these according to business needs, including evening and weekends.

Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate your team to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
* Maintain cleanliness in offices, kitchens, toilets, and communal areas, ensuring a hygienic environment.
* Manage inventory and order supplies like cleaning products and consumables.
* Champion health and safety practices, conducting regular safety checks and reporting hazards.
* Provide ongoing feedback and support to your team to ensure their success and well-being.
* Deliver excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns professionally.
Qualifications
* Experience in cleaning or a supervisory role, with knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
* A team player who takes direction and supports others.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.
* Full UK Driving License with a minimum of 2 years driving experience
