The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data related to client orders, event schedules, inventory, and supplier information. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Enter and update customer orders, event details, and menu selections into the company database. Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and supplier invoices. Assist with generating reports for kitchen staff and event planners. Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry. Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or clarify information. Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Qualifications: Previous experience in data entry or administrative support (preferred).
