Teaching Personnel is seeking SEN Specialist Teaching Assistants to work in early years settings across Lancaster and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children who need additional support.

What You’ll Do
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN in early years classrooms
* Assist with individual learning plans and tailored interventions
* Support with speech, language, and communication development
* Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to create an inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For
* Experience supporting children with SEN (e.g., autism, speech & language needs, developmental delays)
* Knowledge of EYFS curriculum and child development
* Patient, caring, and adaptable approach
* Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents
* Based in or able to commute to Lancaster, Morecambe, Heysham, Carnforth
