Our IT function is evolving rapidly, and this role will play a crucial part in modernising our systems, strengthening cyber security and leading our transition to Microsoft 365 across a multi-site organisation. Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Group IT Manager to lead technical operations, oversee cloud and infrastructure systems and deliver a full migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. Technical Responsibilities Administer Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams) Manage Azure AD / Entra ID, MFA and conditional access Oversee multi-site IT infrastructure, networking and endpoint management Implement cyber security controls and risk management processes Manage outsourced IT provider performance and SLAs Lead rollout of hardware/software upgrades Project Responsibilities Plan and lead the cloud migration to Microsoft 365 Configure SharePoint storage and permissions Produce user training and technical documentation Support adoption of digital working practices Essential Skills Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience Multi-site IT operations management Hands-on troubleshooting (network, hardware, cloud) Experience delivering IT change/migration projects Desirable Google Workspace administration MDM tools (Intune preferred) Cyber Essentials / ISO27001 awareness This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional who wants full ownership of a Group-wide IT landscape and the chance to lead a major digital transformation.
