The Role
As Marketing Director, you will shape and deliver the marketing and brand strategy across all dealerships and brands. This is a highly influential position where you will have full accountability for driving brand presence, customer engagement, digital growth and lead generation.
You will lead a small but passionate marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, continuous improvement and measurable results. You won’t just manage campaigns — you’ll create a marketing engine that enhances employee pride, drives customer loyalty and positions Startin Group as the go-to motor group in the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and own the Group marketing strategy across automotive and motorbike brands
* Lead the strategic management of our CRM and data environment, ensuring accurate insights and streamlined processes
>Lead digital growth — website traffic, SEO, social media, PPC and conversion optimisation
* Drive customer acquisition and retention through data-driven, insight-based campaigns
* Build strong internal partnerships with Heads of Business and departmental leaders
* Enhance the Group brand to strengthen employer brand and employee engagement
* Manage Group-level events, sponsorships, PR, CSR and community partnerships
* Measure and report ROI, campaign effectiveness and lead performance
* Inspire, coach and develop the marketing team to deliver consistently outstanding work

* Proven experience in marketing leadership (automotive sector desirable)
* A track record of delivering measurable results with clear commercial impact
