You will support and work as part of a team to deliver exceptional food quality, outstanding guest care, and amazing service! Your role is very important to us at GDK as you will be the driving force behind achieving our brand standards, working within a great team, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return!

Key skills and knowledge needed for the role:
* Monitor food levels within the kitchen consistently.
* Work safely and consciously to Food Safety Standards at all times. Always wear the appropriate uniform.
* Clean equipment thoroughly and promptly according to GDK standards.
* Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
* Approach tasks with positivity and enthusiasm, working well as part of a team.
* Understand the ingredients, methods, and build of each menu product.
* Follow GDK cleaning and storage standards, including assisting with pot wash and maintaining a clean as you go attitude.
* Accurately fill in daily paperwork in line with GDK standards.
