On a typical day you'll be monitoring network and customer assets, responding to alerts, troubleshooting WAN and VoIP issues, and handling basic LAN, WLAN and firewall queries, keeping customers informed throughout. When things escalate, you'll coordinate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to drive resolution, and you'll be producing outage reports and maintenance notifications as part of the job. Beyond the reactive work, you'll contribute to the team knowledge base and help maintain the high service standards the business is built on.
