I am working exclusively with a large national broker who is looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take over a book of business due to the retirement of an existing member of the team, which means your book will not be targeted in 12 months time!
In addition to servicing this book, your role will be to also grow it by generating new opportunities within the local market, but the real opportunity here is having the freedom to craft a book truly suited to you.
This role would suit either an experienced Account Executive who would be keen to have the future opportunity to head up an office, or a senior new business account manager who is looking to take that next step.
Naturally there is a new-business target, but if the right people are doing the right activities, they will be patient with the results. Most importantly they are looking for a driven individuals, confident in front of clients and not afraid to work tenaciously and methodically to build a solid portfolio of business.
