Overview

Our Customer Solutions Centre Advisors are the face of Solus and work closely with Aviva, demonstrating our values and work principles. You will be the first point of contact for customers over the telephone helping them get back to normal during a potentially difficult time. With the training provided you will be able to carry out a basic diagnosis on a vehicle and provide the best repair solution for each and every customer.


Responsibilities

* With training provided, carry out a basic diagnosis on a vehicle and provide the best repair solution for each customer.
* Work in a team to create a supportive and collaborative environment, focusing on the customer and what matters to them.
* Identify opportunities to promote customer satisfaction and help embed a customer-focused culture in both the customer contact centre in Warrington and at Solus sites.
* Empower yourself to go above and beyond to make the right decisions and deliver the best outcomes for customers.
