An exciting opportunity has opened up for anexperienced Audio-Visual Installation Engineer to join a fast-growing and forward-thinking AV company delivering innovative solutions acrossLondon and the surrounding regions.

The Role
As an AV Installation Engineer, you’ll be responsible for installing, configuring, and commissioning high‑quality AV systems at client sites. You’ll play a key role in delivering projects to a high standard, ensuring every installation looks sharp, performs flawlessly, and leaves the client impressed.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Installing a wide range of AV solutions includingprojectors, LED & LCD displays, screens, speakers, microphones, VC systems, control systems, and digital signage
* Reading and working fromtechnical drawings, schematics, and system designs
* Ensuring all installations meetindustry standards, health & safety, and best‑practice guidelines
* Working collaboratively withproject managers, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time
* Maintaining company tools, PPE, and vehicles to a professional standard
* Representing the business professionally on client sites
* Taking part in ongoingtraining and development to stay ahead of the curve
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience inAV installation (commercial environments preferred)
* Strong understanding of AV signal flow and installation best practices
* Ability to confidently interprettechnical drawings and schematics
* Excellent problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
