About the Role
As a Management Trainee, you'll gain hands‑on experience across core areas of the business, with a strong focus on developing practical management and leadership skills from day one.
This role blends campaign coordination, customer engagement, and operational learning—giving you genuine insight into how teams are led, performance is tracked, and client objectives are achieved. You'll work alongside experienced managers and supportive colleagues, building the skills and confidence to progress into team leadership positions.

What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting the delivery and coordination of client campaigns
* Assisting with performance tracking and team KPIs
* Learning how to manage customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships
* Contributing to daily team operations and coordination
* Handling customer enquiries and keeping accurate campaign records
* Representing client brands professionally during in‑person interactions
* Collaborating with colleagues to hit team objectives and targets
* Taking part in structured training focused on leadership, management, and business development
