We're seeking a highly organised Office Coordinator to support the effective delivery of operations at London Gatwick Airport. This role acts as a central coordination point between operational teams, management, and support functions, ensuring administrative, compliance, and operational processes run efficiently. You will provide key support to the management team, maintain accurate records, assist with reporting, and help coordinate day-to-day operational activities. This is a varied role offering exposure to administration, finance, compliance, customer service, and HR support. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Times Gatwick operational management team Support payroll administration, timesheet processing, and financial documentation Maintain operational records, reports, and shared inboxes Assist with incident logging, compliance tracking, and health & safety administration Support customer service case management and investigations Prepare operational reports and management information Assist with recruitment coordination and HR administration Monitor stock, consumables, and operational equipment Provide cover for key support functions when required About You Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident communicator with excellent administrative skills Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook Proactive and able to work independently Previous business support, coordination, or administrative experience desirable Requirements Full UK driving licence Strong IT and reporting skills Ability to work collaboratively across teams Commitment to compliance, accuracy, and service delivery
