Our client is a respected legal practice based in Devon, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services and building long-lasting relationships with their clients.

On our client's behalf, we are seeking a meticulous and organised Trust Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will assist in the management and administration of trusts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and providing excellent service to clients. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks, client interaction, and collaboration with legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the setup and administration of various types of trusts.
2. Manage trust documentation, including drafting, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
3. Co-ordinate with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties regarding trust matters.
4. Monitor and manage trust assets, including financial accounts and investments.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
6. Prepare reports and statements for clients and trustees.
7. Support solicitors in trust-related matters, including research and preparation of documentation.
8. Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
9. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

1. Relevant experience in trust administration or a similar role within a law firm is essential.
2. Strong understanding of trust law and estate planning.
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
4. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. A degree in law or related field is preferred but not essential.
