Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Support professional to join their busy Commercial Team at their Head Office in Upperlands. About the Role: This is a dynamic and customer-focused position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced trade environment. You'll play a crucial part in supporting the external sales team, liaising with suppliers, managing customer enquiries, and processing orders all while helping to improve service delivery and maximise gross margin opportunities. Youll also work closely with internal departments to ensure the highest level of service is provided to valued trade clients across the UK & Ireland. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email Prepare accurate quotations and assist with pricing decisions Process customer orders using internal systems with precision and efficiency Liaise with suppliers and internal teams on stock availability, pricing, and lead times Monitor inventory and suggest cost-effective supply options Maintain customer records, order history, and pricing information Follow up on quotations and orders to improve conversion rates Stay informed on product ranges and competitor pricing to support market competitiveness Support sales promotions and identify upselling opportunities Collaborate with the wider team to ensure an outstanding customer experience What We're Looking For: Previous experience in internal sales, trade counter, or sales support ideally in tools, hardware, or industrial supplies Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Confidence working in a fast-moving, trade-focused environment Good IT skills (Microsoft Office essential; CRM/ERP familiarity desirable) A proactive problem-solver who enjoys working as part of a team Skills: Sales Quotes Tools
