We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Support Technician to provide support to our users on our Line of Business (LOB) software packages and IT hardware. You will be part of an innovative and busy IT team supporting other members whilst also having responsibility for:
* First line support
* Dealing with all referred IT support cases in a timely manner
* Maintaining and repair IT hardware
* Ensuring all networking equipment is housed in appropriately secure and tidy cabinets with adequate power supplies
* Proving reasonable on site 'remote hands' assistance to the outsourced IT provider to troubleshoot and diagnose any networking and managed device issues
* Line of Business (LOB) software installations, potential out of hours requirement
