🚨 We’re Hiring: Customer Service & E-Commerce Executive

📍 Bows Boutiques


We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused individual to join our growing team at Bows Boutiques. If you love fashion, thrive in fast-paced environments, and genuinely care about delivering exceptional customer experiences, this could be the role for you.


✨ What you’ll be doing:

You will take ownership of all customer communication across email, phone, and social media, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand. You’ll manage customer queries and complaints with empathy and efficiency, delivering timely resolutions while setting clear expectations to reduce repeat contact. You’ll support customers with product knowledge, helping to build strong brand affinity and trust. Where needed, you’ll escalate complex issues to management.

You’ll also maintain and improve our FAQ pages to enhance the customer self-service experience. Working closely with our e-commerce and warehouse teams, you’ll support order queries, refunds, credits, and investigate delivery issues. This includes liaising with courier partners such as Royal Mail and DPD to resolve any delivery concerns. Ensuring all customer data is handled in line with GDPR requirements is essential.


💡 What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone with at least 12 months’ experience in customer service, ideally within an e-commerce or retail environment. Experience with Shopify, PayPal, Sage Pay or similar platforms is a bonus, along with familiarity working with courier and logistics providers. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills, be confident using Outlook and Excel, and have a detail-oriented, solutions-driven mindset.
