We’re looking for a Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operation at Newhailes, owning output, quality and performance as we scale.
This is not a steady-state role.
This is about leading under pressure, building capability, and delivering consistently as demand increases.
You’ll be the person who:
* Delivers production safely, on time and in full
* Owns performance, output and cost control
* Builds and develops production teams and capability
* Drives continuous improvement and operational efficiency
* Ensures quality and compliance standards are met
* Works closely with supply chain and engineering to protect delivery
You’ll lead through Team Leaders, with responsibility for performance on the ground — while shaping how production evolves as the business grows.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has proven experience leading production in a manufacturing environment
* Can manage performance, cost and people under pressure
* Is confident driving improvement, not just maintaining output
* Takes ownership and delivers results consistently
