Sales Manager UK To support our growth, we are currently looking for a talented and commercially driven Sales Manager to join our global Sales team based in London. This is an exciting opportunity to join 66°North's international journey, having extended our HQ from Reykjavik to Copenhagen and London, with stores across Iceland, Copenhagen and London as well as a premium wholesale distribution worldwide. Further, we need you to have a strong understanding of the outdoor, retail environment across UK - with a solid understanding of the sector and ways of working. We would need your experience to support the sales team, in continuing developing an even stronger brand representation in UK for 66N - You will be reporting directly into our Head of Sales. Areas of responsibility As the Sales Manager for 66° North UK, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue and expand our market share. You will be building strong relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer service that aligns with our brand values. What you will do Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth in the UK market. Identify and explore new business opportunities, including retail partnerships, and e-commerce platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and customers, ensuring brand representation aligns with 66° North's values. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and product development. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute promotional campaigns and ensure the successful launch of new products. Analyze sales performance data and prepare regular reports for senior management to track progress against targets. Provide exceptional customer service and brand experience, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively. What we are looking for Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the outdoor apparel or retail industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach. Deep understanding of the UK retail landscape and market trends in outdoor and activewear. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to drive sales performance. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Passion for the outdoors and alignment with our brand’s mission and values.
