Lighthouse Hotel Management is seeking an experienced, creative, and driven Head Chef to lead the kitchen at The Halyard, Rope Walks Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a key department within a unique dual-branded hotel, part of the IHG Vignette Collection and Holiday Inn Express, the first of its kind in the UK. About the Role Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the kitchen operation, delivering a consistently high-quality dining experience from morning through to evening service. You will lead from the front, ensuring operational excellence, inspiring your team, and driving both guest satisfaction and commercial success.
