Learn more about what sets us apart here. About The Role Knight Frank is looking to hire an Asset Manager (MRICS, Associate) to join us at our Head Office in Baker Street. We are the world’s leading independent international property consultancy, headquartered in the UK, offering agency and professional advice across Commercial, Residential and Rural sectors. Established in 1896, Knight Frank now comprises a global network of over 27,000 people in 740 Offices across 50 Territories. Role The Property & Asset Management team are looking for a commercially minded and dedicated individual to work on a prestigious portfolio in Mayfair. The Pollen Estate, established in 1812, comprises 43 assets primarily situated in Central London between Regent Street and Bond Street, with a balanced portfolio of office and retail space including Saville Row and Cork Street Galleries. The Associate will be joining an established dynamic team that look after a key portfolio. Their responsibilities include contributing to the strategy for the portfolio, asset management, development, leasing, property management and facilities management. Responsibilities Deliver proactive day-to-day asset management of a mixed-use Central London portfolio, including leasing, rent reviews, and occupier mix strategy. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, consultants, and internal teams to support long-term asset performance. Liaise with client solicitors to ensure timely and accurate completion of all transactional documentation. Coordinate and oversee project and development managers on live projects, including feasibility studies and refurbishments. Prepare and implement annual asset plans, contribute to business planning, and support quarterly reporting and valuation processes. Manage service charge budgets, reconciliations, and rent collection in collaboration with property managers, building managers, and finance teams. Lead retendering processes for external advisers and manage consultant appointments and performance. Oversee risk management processes including AML, KYC, and financial covenant monitoring for all occupiers and transactions. Ensure compliance with insurance, health & safety, and regulatory requirements, including the handling of insurance renewals and claims. Produce high-quality reports, maintain accurate property records, and contribute to marketing and estate management initiatives. Qualifications/Education Required Degree educated MRICS (At least 2 years PQE) Career Experience Required Asset Management experience (mandatory) Property Management experience Experience of Asset and Property Management software and systems Experience of working across a variety of asset classes. Valuation experience. Aptitudes/Skills Required Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel. Collaborative team player, driven and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach. Excellent written communication skills, producing clear and accurate reports. Professional and client-focused, maintaining high attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Pragmatic, with good initiative and the ability to motivate and guide others when needed.
