Job Description:
We're a fast-growing digital media company in the crypto trading niche, focused on producing structured educational content and scaling a high-performance remote team.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional or recruiter to help us streamline our hiring processes, source strong candidates, and support onboarding as we expand our team.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience hiring for remote creative or digital roles and enjoys building structured hiring systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and shortlist candidates for remote roles (video editors, thumbnail designer, content creators, etc.)
- Manage recruitment pipelines and candidate communication
- Coordinate trial tasks and hiring workflows
- Help improve and streamline our hiring process
- Assist in creating onboarding systems and materials (including onboarding system/presentations)
- Support structured team scaling as we grow
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition
- Experience hiring remote team members (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Experience with digital media or creator teams is a plus
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Notion, ClickUp, or similar project tools
- Familiarity with crypto space (not mandatory but helpful)
