The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work with Assistant Manager & Supply Chain to ensure the product flow/placement achieves maximum sales.
2. Plan and develop merchandising strategies to hit launch dates and balance company’s objectives
3. Analyse sales figures, customer reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges.
4. Maximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
5. Produce layout plans and maintain store stock and inventory.
6. Produce weekly trade reports to share with wider business.
7. Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes.
8. Work with Megastore salesfloor team to develop store standards through training guides and guidance on launch projects.
