Our Client are a start up Private GP Surgery who are looking for a Receptionist to come and join.
Job Description
This Receptionist role will include these duties and many more:This role is very diverse and varied, and includes many more responsibilities and ad hock tasks then written here.
3. Answering and monitoring phones and emails.
4. Deal with any questions or queries.
5. Front of house.
6. Deal with different clients and maintain the client database.
7. Take payments and maintain the records and receipts from the card machine.
8. Order and office stationary needed.
9. Cover for other staff when needed.
10. Working with different teams/people.
11. Any other ad hock tasks.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate would:
12. Have excellent computer knowledge, especially Excel/Spreadsheets
13. Have good communication and a great telephone manner.
14. Be able to multi-task and prioritise the most important tasks.
15. Be reliable and confident.
16. Be willing to learn and pick up new things efficiently.
17. Be a bright and enthusiastic individual.
18. Be able to pick up new systems efficiently.
19. Ideally come from a healthcare background (not essential)
