Job Title: Ticketing Manager
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Starting Salary: £30,000 P/A (DOE)
Hours: 35 hours per week (9am-5pm – Monday to Friday) plus weekend & evening work as appropriate.
Place of work: 4 days in office, 1 day working from home
Holiday: 33 days annual holiday including national holidays

JOY. Concerts promote 200+ live shows across the UK every year for an eclectic range of touring artists including Faithless, Interpol, Architects, Rachel Chinouriri, Father John Misty, Skunk Anansie, Frank Carter and the Rattlesnakes, Baxter Dury and many, many more.
In addition to concert promotion JEG manages several established festivals in England including On The Beach, which has seen in excess of 100,000 music lovers gather on the pebbles of Brighton beach since its inception in 2021; and also Brighton Psych Fest (sister festival of the UK’s renowned Manchester Psych Fest) which saw an incredibly successful first year in August 2024.
As well as concert and event delivery, JEG recently acquired two highly established music venues, Concorde2 and Volks.
We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Manager to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for handling all aspects ticketing management for the full JEG portfolio including JOY. Concerts, our venues and our festival roster.
Roles and Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to:
* Confidently managing all aspects of ticketing set up including event builds across multiple ticketing platforms, as well as allocation and manifest management up to arena level
* Preparing events for on-sale through co-ordination, collation and distribution of event information, pre-sales and notification to all ticketing partners
* Sales reporting to internal teams and other industry partners (artists, agents, partner venue)
* Proactive day-to-day analysis of sales movement and management of ticket inventory to ensure maximum sales potential
* Compiling and sending event off-sale reports to promoters and event staff
* Managing guestlist requests and label buy/industry buy requests
* Working closely with our Head of Finance to ensure accurate sales remittance and event reconciliation
* Managing ticketing related customer queries and accessibility requests
Personal Requirements
* Strong mathematics skills (essential)
* Proficient use of Excel (essential)
* Attention to detail and highly organised (essential)
* Experience within music and or/events industry in a similar role (preferred)
* Excellent communication skills – you will be required to liaise with our clients daily including ticketing agencies, venues, booking agents, artists etc
* The ability to deliver high quality work in a time sensitive manor
* Confidently able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and projects at once
