Pay: £120 - £140 per day (dependent on experience)
Simply Education is seeking a dedicated Class Teacher for a long-term position in a school in the Grantham area, starting immediately. ECTs are encouraged to apply! This role is ideal for teachers looking to make a lasting impact while working in a supportive school environment.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, managing the classroom, and supporting pupils across all areas of their learning. Key Responsibilities:
Planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality lessons
Managing classroom behaviour and promoting positive learning
Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
Monitoring and assessing pupil progress
Working collaboratively with teaching staff and support teamsThe Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold a QTS (ECTs completing induction are welcome to apply)
Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills
Be adaptable and able to support pupils across different abilities
