We are a family run Café, Ice Cream Parlour and Licensed Restaurant with a reputation for authentic Italian flavour and quality, situated on the sea front in the Victorian fishing village of Mumbles in Swansea - the birthplace of Dylan Thomas.
We have indoor and outdoor seating for up to 400 persons, with every seat enjoying spectacular panoramic views across Swansea Bay.
About the role
Are you currently a Kitchen Assistant, a Cook or a Kitchen Porter looking for your next line of progression?
We are looking for someone Full Time who is hard working, committed and excited to start a career at one of Swansea's most established and well loved venues.
As a kitchen assistant at one of Swansea's busiest seaside venues, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of the venue.
You will have training in all aspects of the kitchen including the cold section, pizzas and pasta.
You will assist our experienced team in making some of Verdi's simple, yet infamous dishes!
